I would like to thank you personally for all the work you have put in to ensure that my mother's house was taken care of before I left for Iraq. I had been having a very discouraging experience trying to find someone to accomplish what I needed in the short amount of time I had left. You stepped in and handled everything quickly and professionally, even going above and beyond and overseeing the operation while I am deployed. To whom it may concern,

just wanted to let everyone know how professional Russell has been throughout our
"mold problem". When mold was discovered in our home we called the county
environmental office who referred me to Russell.
Russell arrived at our home and performed testing on the mold in our kitchen. He arrived
on time and was very polite, understanding and patient with our questions. While waiting
on the test results, he returned to our home to check on my family and to loan us an air
filter system to keep my family from further effects of the mold.
Russell is a 'well of knowledge' about mold and the effects it could have on our home
and especially my family. I called Russell numerous times with questions and he was
eager to provide us with the answer to all my questions with expert information.
I recommend his services of the MOLD INSTITUTE USA to anyone that has concerns
or problems with mold.

In February I called Russell one night around 6:00pm to come out to my place because I thought that I had black mold. Within 30 minutes I met Russell at my house he looked at the problem and said "you definitely have a mold problem" he took the samples he needed and gave me great advise on what to do until the reports came back in. In addition to Russell coming out several times following up and checking on Me and my family, I called Russell 3 to 4 times a day with questions about what we needed to do about one thing or the other and he answered his phone every time and was more than happy to answer all my questions.

Russell was very professional in everything that he did when he came to my house he was very presentable and was very knowledgeable about his profession. The mold reports came back in a very timely manner. He showed me all of his credentials and that of his lab. I will always refer him to anyone.
